Yes, all Advisors must complete Certified Advisor Training. If you want to complete Advisor Training, please fill out the Advisor Form on this link here: Advisor Form. Once you have submitted the form, one of our Customer Success Team Members will reach out to help you get started in the process to get trained.
Please note that while every Advisor needs to complete Certified Advisor Training, we recommend and suggest having other helpers support the Squad like parents, school counselors, administrators, etc. Hope Squad lessons can only be taught by Hope Squad Advisors, but helpers can do lots of things like helping with activities, building community relationships, taking care of getting swag for the Squad, etc.
