Hope Squad Members will usually spend about 10 hours per month, though each Squad will operate differently from one another. They will be engaged in Hope Squad meetings whether that's a class, advisory time, before or after school, or another time. Hope Squad Members will also have activities during lunch time or other times of the day, assemblies or other announcements, and the efforts during Hope Week.
If a Squad Member is feeling overwhelmed or a parent expresses concerns over the amount of time, it can be good to work through a plan to still incorporate Hope Squad in the student's busy schedule.
