What if one or more parents/guardians can’t attend the Parent Meeting?

If one or more parents could not attend the meeting, there are many ways you can handle this problem: 

  • Schedule a Zoom meeting with those who couldn’t attend 

  • Email and ask to set up a one-on-one Zoom meeting 

  • Call and explain the program over the phone 

  • Record yourself giving the presentation and send it to them via email
