Where can I find Hope Squad Officer Guides?

To find the Hope Squad Officer Guides, navigate to the Advisor Portal and select "Community Engagement" from the top menu bar. At the top of the page you'll find the keys materials section. Select "Hope Squad Officer Guides". There, you will find detailed information about various Hope Squad Officer roles, including:

For suggestions on how to handle Hope Squad Officer roles we recommend coming to the monthly Advisor Support Calls, asking for suggestions in the Advisor Community, and/or having your Hope Squad Members attend the monthly National Council Collect Calls.
